How much time do I have to claim No Win No Fee compensation?
For most personal injury or medical negligence claims, you have three years from the date you were injured or made ill to make a claim. There are cases where this timeline may differ; for instance, if the victim was a child at the time of the accident, or the victim does not have the mental capacity to make a claim for themselves.
What happens if my No Win No Fee claim is unsuccessful?
From the outset, our solicitors will work closely with you to collect the relevant evidence and information to support your case. However, in the event that your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be liable for any legal costs or fees that have been incurred to date.
This is because your solicitor will have taken out an insurance policy at the beginning of your No Win No Fee claim, which will cover all costs on your behalf.
Are there other ways to fund my claim?
