Get to know Sara
I am a Litigation Executive working in Joanne Warren’s team, providing support on cases where clients have had life - changing injuries as a result of clinical negligence.
My background consists of initially working in the Costs department for a few years, where I helped assist with high value budgets and settlements of clients within the clinical negligence, serious injury and abuse departments.
I transitioned into working as a paralegal within clinical negligence where I assisted solicitors and associates with clients in claims involving a multitude of various medical conditions.
I then moved to Slater and Gordon towards the end of 2022 as a Litigation Executive, where I am currently assisting with complex and high value claims worth over a million in damages. These are claims against both NHS and private clinicians, particularly in the fields of birth and obstetric injuries, delays in cancer diagnosis, orthopaedic injuries and negligent surgical technique.
Career highlights
I have assisted on multiple high value injury cases where clients have gone through a difficult time. Helping clients through this time and helping them achieve a positive outcome is a great highlight for me.
