Get to know Richard
I work hard to secure compensation for people seriously injured by negligent mistakes of health practitioners. I work as an associate solicitor in S+G’s Manchester clinical negligence department.
Our focus is on securing maximum compensation, rehabilitation and long-term support so clients can achieve the best possible outcome after the incident.
As a clinical negligence solicitor with over ten years’ experience in this field, I have worked on a wide range of matters including birth injury (cerebral palsy), hospital negligence (failure to diagnose / delay in providing treatment), and negligent surgery.
At S+G, we regularly conclude multi-million pound settlements, often involving a lump sum of damages combined with periodic payments. Many of our cases involve children and elderly people who have sustained life-changing injuries including brain and spinal cord injuries and amputation.
