Sue's life changed forever when she was hit by a damaged tree

Sue was an active person who enjoyed running. One morning she had a headache so decided to go for a run to clear her head. On that day, Sue's life changed forever.

She was hit on the head by a falling tree which pinned her to the ground, breaking her back and dislocating her spine.

Sue had savings for her retirement but given her home was not fit for wheelchair use, she had to use those savings to adapt her home; putting in a lift, widening doors, having a wet room fitted. That's when Sue turned to Slater and Gordon.
