Slater and Gordon is a founding member of Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People’s new legal information service
We are proud to announce that we are a founding member of Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People’s (QEF) new legal information service.
At Slater and Gordon, we are dedicated to supporting individuals who have suffered brain injuries from the very beginning of their recovery journey. Our team of specialist solicitors work closely with survivors and their families, whilst also working alongside medical experts who can assess injuries and determine the future care needed. This ensures tailored rehabilitation services while providing unwavering support as they rebuild their lives.
In the many years we have been supporting clients with brain injuries, it has given us an insight into the devastating impact these injuries can have on individuals and their loved ones. Using our knowledge and working closely with our broad network of clinical experts, we strive to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients. We are not just lawyers; we are your legal support network, committed to helping families face the future with hope and resilience.
We are proud to announce that we are a founding member of Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People’s (QEF) new legal information service. This collaboration is founded on a shared vision of helping those with an acquired brain injury live their life to the fullest with the right support.
Tracey Benson, Head of Serious Injury – South, says: "The work Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People does to enable people to achieve their full potential and live with greater independence is remarkable. As part of their range of expert services, which support almost 10,000 disabled people a year, teams at QEF’s Care and Rehabilitation Centre support people after a stroke, acquired brain injury or neurological illness to regain core skills and reach their fullest capabilities.
“In our role as serious injury lawyers, we see first-hand the impact that life-changing brain injuries have on survivors and their families. Working with those that have been affected and supporting them on their rehabilitation journey, we understand the importance of having access to expert support.
“We are delighted to be working with QEF in helping to ensure people get the legal support they need when they need it most.”
Chris Crooker, Partnerships Manager at QEF says: "We are delighted to be working with Slater and Gordon as part of our new Legal Information Service. This will support all QEF clients, as well as their family and friends, to access specialist advice, information and guidance, often when facing complex legal, financial and welfare issues.”
