Finalists for Clinical Negligence Team of the Year in the Manchester Law Society Manchester Legal Awards 2022

Our expert team of clinical negligence specialists, based in Manchester, have gone above and beyond this year to provide an excellent service to all clients in their time of need. In light of this, we’re excited to announce that they are finalists for Clinical Negligence Team of the Year in the Manchester Law Society Manchester Legal Awards 2022.

The team’s hard work has allowed them to achieve incredible success and outstanding results for their clients, as well as setting legal precedence for future cases with their ability to tackle complex issues and test new areas of law.

A key initiative for the team this year was to make legal services as accessible as possible to clients, with a mission to be a client focused, technology-enabled business driven by brilliant people. They were able to deliver a market leading accessibility plan which involved making our website completely adaptable to clients, whatever their needs. As a department, the team have gone the extra mile to deliver ground-breaking legal services, such as a new voice activated search function for the website.

As well as fighting hard for their clients’, the team also understands the importance of educating our charitable partners and the people they work with on legal issues. The clinical negligence team work very closely with amazing charities in the North of England and across the UK, to educate on the issues which are important to the families they represent. This work is fundamental to the ethos of what the team do, allowing our experts to speak on a face-to-face basis with people who need legal assistance, and let them know that we’re here to help. The team regularly show their support to the organisations by attending and organising fundraising events for the charities.
